Job Overview

Flashfood is poised for growth, and we need a seasoned marketing professional to drive our brand forward. As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating breakthrough creative campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering business results.


Salary:

$110,000 - $140,000 per year


Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative marketing plans that boost brand awareness and shopper acquisition
  • Collaborate with regional managers to develop market-specific approaches
  • Develop and manage marketing assets and content across channels
  • Elevate outgoing brand messages through cohesive and compelling tactics
  • Work closely with Communications and other teams to ensure seamless program execution

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years in consumer marketing, with experience in tech or grocery tech
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic and creative campaign development
  • Familiarity with b2b marketing best practices, including ABM
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and lead projects from initiation to completion
  • Deep understanding of strategy, planning, implementation, and idea generation
  • Experience developing cross-channel campaigns and building in-store activations
  • A strong network of industry contacts
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • Bilingualism (French or Spanish) is a bonus
