Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
