About the Role:
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHI St. Anthony Hospital. As a Float Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to patients, following established standards and procedures.
- Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessment and intervention data using established medical record forms.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One year of experience in a clinic or acute hospital setting.
- Current Oregon State Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Current AHA BLS or ACLS certification.
