Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse. This role involves providing education on peritoneal dialysis to patients and their care partners in a clinical setting, allowing them to dialyze from home.

As a case manager, you will be responsible for the complete ongoing care of each patient, ensuring their treatment stays on track. This includes tracking and organizing patient information, providing comprehensive patient care, and empowering patients to take control of their health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in dialysis nursing is not required, as we provide a 9-12 week paid-training program to guide you through to becoming a nephrology nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
  • Track and organize patient information
  • Empower patients to take control of their health
  • Provide education on peritoneal dialysis to patients and their care partners
  • Work independently to manage patient cases
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
