Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donations Attendant. As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors, receiving and processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets donors and provides exceptional customer service
  • Receives and processes donations, including sorting and cleaning items as directed
  • Keeps the donation area clean and organized
  • Tracks the number of donors daily
  • Provides a signed and dated receipt to donors upon request
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
