Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Electronic Content Management (ECM) expert to join our team.

Job Summary

The ECM administrator/developer will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and modifying content management solutions using OnBase Document Composition Module. This role requires advanced experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis, as well as knowledge of emerging technologies related to electronic document management.

A key aspect of this position is providing technical leadership for complex ECM projects, which have a significant impact within Novalink Solutions LLC and/or for external partners and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively provide information and training to customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, develop, test, implement, and modify content management solutions using OnBase Document Composition Module
  • Provide advanced experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis
  • Lead complex ECM projects and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Develop and maintain Unity Forms, Image Forms, and HTML Forms
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ECM systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in ECM system administration and development
  • OnBase Certified System Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Installer designation, and OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer certification
  • Advanced experience in development using OnBase Document Composition Module
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
