Responsibilities:
  1. Manage patient check-ins and ensure a smooth office experience.
  2. Process vision insurance claims and handle billing.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by selling glasses and contacts.
  4. Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
  5. Respond to phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.


Requirements:
  • Previous optical experience is required.
  • Medical and retirement benefits available after a 90-day probationary period.
  • Performance-based bonus structure in addition to hourly pay.


Schedule:
  1. 10-hour shift.
  2. 4-day work week.
