Digital Marketing Specialist with Social Media Focus

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist, with excellent presentation and communication skills. They'll be able to design, write, edit, and create engaging social media content that resonates with our members and partners.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings program, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement for college degrees.

Job Description
  • Assist the Creative Brand Manager in executing the overall marketing and operational plans, including digital, social media, brand awareness-building initiatives, and direct member contact communications.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage members, select employer groups, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Maintain positive relationships with members and vendors, researching and resolving any discrepancies or problems.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work cohesively with multiple stakeholders and meet aggressive production deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, with prior experience managing multiple projects and production with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
