Flight Paramedic

Temple Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Paramedic to join our team. As a Flight Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care and transportation services
• Orient, train, and manage transport personnel
• Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care
• Maintain positive relations with referring and receiving departments and nursing units
• Participate in education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 3 Years experience (min. 4000 hours) in ALS/911 or equivalent setting as an EMT-Paramedic (Required)
• 1 Year experience performing critical care transports (Preferred)
• Previous flight (rotary wing) experience (Preferred)
• License/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, EMT-P, DRIVER, EMSVO, FP-C, NREMT, NRP, APLS, ITLS, ATCN
