Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager specializing in Diabetes Pharmaceutical sales. This role will focus on building strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the diabetes space.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote pharmaceutical medications to physicians and clinical staff at physician offices and clinics.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and market share within the assigned geographic area.
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencers.
- Implement customer loyalty initiatives effectively.
- Exhibit a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a science-related field.
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the cardiometabolic space.
- Track record of sales success and ability to close deals and grow business.
- Strong presentation skills and a can-do attitude.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000 base salary, uncapped commissions up to $140,000, $750 monthly car allowance, all expenses covered, 401(k), and great benefits.
