About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Package Delivery Associates in Atascadero, California. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers across the region.

Job Summary:

This is a seasonal opportunity to work as a Driver Helper, supporting our Package Delivery Drivers on their routes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with package delivery, including loading and unloading packages from our trucks. You will also provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Package Delivery Drivers with loading and unloading packages from our trucks
  • Deliver packages to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity standards and deadlines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • An excellent level of physical fitness, enabling you to work in a dynamic and physically demanding environment
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Reliability and responsibility, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and productivity standards
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
