Job Summary

We are seeking a Peer Navigator Project Manager to join our team at The Empowerment Program Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who have experienced mental health challenges and are passionate about supporting others in their recovery journey.

About the Role

The Peer Navigator Project Manager will provide essential support services to clients, helping them achieve their personal goals and develop self-directed recovery plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in identifying and creating personal goals through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Working with clients and treatment teams to develop treatment/recovery plans based on identified goals
  • Documenting client progress and interventions used to support goal achievement
  • Providing community resources and assistance in accessing affordable housing options
  • Serving as a recovery agent by advocating for effective recovery-based services and promoting empowerment skills
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Compensation and Benefits
