About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
  • Hold a current, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state of Georgia
  • Have current CPR certification and a TB test
