Job Overview

We are seeking an Account Specialist to support our Sales Teams and customers by providing ongoing exemplary account management and customer service for all clients assigned. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining customers, promoting organic revenue growth, and cultivating strong client relationships ensuring long-term satisfaction with Tyndale.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee and manage mid to large complex, high visibility, and strategic accounts.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by developing and maintaining excellent client relationships, identifying potential new areas of business, and resolving any customer concern to full satisfaction;
  • Act as a system expert, having a full understanding of complex programs to present and implement best technical solutions for the customer;
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge; Stay current with product changes, industry standards;

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide main-point-of-contact account management to supervisors and decision-makers of all assigned key accounts, focusing on excellent customer service, issue resolution and account retention.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, share insights, and continually identify revenue opportunities within an entire organization;
  3. Ensure that all accounts have accurate information in our proprietary system;
  4. Full involvement in bid process, sales presentations, and web demos;
  5. Manage and perform successful implementation of custom clothing programs, coordinating larger revenue account implementations with Director of Account Management.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent, one to two years of sales, account management, project management, or Tyndale Client Services experience required;
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools required;
  • SalesForce experience a plus;
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards; strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
