Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume copy production, handling sensitive documents and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot copiers, ensuring they are functional and well-stocked.
  • Distribute office supplies, mail, and faxes, and set up furniture and audiovisual equipment for meetings.
  • Perform basic scanning, manage daily meter and service logs, and operate MS Office and email systems.
  • Support daily operations including copy production, mail center, receptionist duties, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with site implementation, employee training, and maintaining site procedures and reports.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and courier services, and provide customer support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 6-12 months of relevant work experience required.
  • Valid, violation-free driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum auto insurance coverage needed.
  • Experience with shrink-wrap, paper cutter, bindery equipment, and postage meter required.
  • Ability to use and troubleshoot mailroom equipment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills needed.
