As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting process and product audits to ensure team members are following standardized operating procedures and adhering to all quality standards.
  • Implementing resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems.
  • Exercising judgement within procedures and practices in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions.
  • Implementing process improvements to continuously improve quality.
  • Cross training in multiple departments or stations and flex to other similar departments based on business necessity.
  • Assisting with NPI/ECN changes and other duties as assigned by Quality Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds.
