Position Overview

The Construction Design Project Manager will oversee the design aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that the project's design intent satisfies the Owner and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive designs that meet project objectives and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate design concepts into reality by integrating input from various stakeholders, including trade partners and the Owner.
  • Manage design processes, resources, and risks by developing schedules and organizational systems to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and standards, including building codes and safety standards.
  • Overcome challenges in construction design implementation through innovative problem-solving and creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing construction projects through various phases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
  • Growth-oriented mindset to stay current with industry trends and innovations.
  • Attention to detail and technical knowledge of construction means and methods.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 per year, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the AEC industry.
