Automotive Refinish Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at CarMax in Bristol, Tennessee. As an essential member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle we sell is presented in its best condition.

• Perform paint retouching and post-paint finishing to restore vehicles to their original showroom condition
• Carry out dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding to ensure sound bodywork
• Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to guarantee everything about the vehicle is in good working order

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in one or more of the following areas: masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint. Manual dexterity and physical stamina are also essential, as you will be required to lift heavy objects and walk/stand for extended periods.

A strong customer focus and attention to detail are crucial in this position, as you will be working with customers to understand their needs and ensure that every vehicle meets their expectations.
