We are expanding our team at The Avers Agency and seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join us in Sturgeon Bay, Door County. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive new business growth.

About the Role

This B2B Sales Representative position offers a unique chance to build a self-sustaining referral stream, work independently, and manage your own time. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for learning our proven sales system, implementing it in the field, and driving new business by presenting to local companies and generating new accounts.

Estimated Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000+

Responsibilities
  • Learn our proven sales system and implement it in the field

  • Build a self-sustaining referral stream
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
