**Job Description:**

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a skilled Stationary Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all stationary equipment within our facility, ensuring its optimal operation and safety.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of machinery, routine check-ups, troubleshooting, and efficient repair methods. You will work closely with other maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Operation: Safely operate, maintain, and monitor boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other stationary equipment.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring equipment is operating within set parameters and adhering to safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to stationary equipment operations.
  • Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during any stationary equipment emergencies, implementing safety procedures and addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Stationary Engineer's license highly preferred
  • 6-8 years facilities maintenance experience required.
  • Familiarity with the operations, maintenance, and repair of boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including sequence of operations, technical product literature, programming manuals and specifications.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
