Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters the growth and development of our toddler students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Observe and assess children's progress, making adjustments to lesson plans as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress

Requirements:

  • Montessori certification or willingness to pursue
  • Experience working with toddlers in a group setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
