Program Director Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vocational Services Program Director to lead our team in making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals transitioning from incarceration. This rewarding role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise, passion, and leadership skills to drive success in our vocational services program.
About the Role- Lead with Vision: Oversee daily operations, supervise a professional team, and ensure our vocational services achieve and surpass program goals.
- Drive Results: Manage client services, from vocational assessments and case management to job placements, while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain professional relationships with probation and state personnel, participating in task forces and attending relevant meetings and conferences.
- Innovate and Implement: Develop, recommend, and enforce policies and procedures that meet industry standards and funder requirements.
- Ensure Excellence: Prepare budgets, compile reports, and manage office operations with attention to detail.
- Empower Your Team: Provide training, professional development, and support to staff, fostering their growth and ensuring they can effectively assist our clients.
- Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Licensed Mental Health Counseling, or a related field, along with a CRC certification.
- Experience: At least three years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles, with a strong grasp of vocational and educational services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Other Requirements: Valid NYS driver's license and access to a vehicle.
