As a key member of our team at AUTOPLEX ATLANTA, we are seeking a highly skilled Used Car Sales Associate to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and extensive knowledge of used car features. This individual will be responsible for creating a positive auto sales experience by presenting used car options and facilitating test drives.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options to ensure customers receive accurate information.
- Present used car features and options in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Facilitate test drives and provide an exceptional overall sales experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance in the showroom or during sales meetings to reflect positively on the company.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a genuine interest and knowledge in used car features and auto sales trends.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent high school diploma/GED certification.
- Exhibit one year of auto sales experience or related retail sales jobs, showcasing strong communication and customer service skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Pose an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This comprehensive package also includes opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organization.
