We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audiologist Coordinator to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Audiology Department, including calendar management, patient scheduling, and spreadsheet management.
- Screen incoming phone calls and determine appropriate referrals, utilizing your independent judgment to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Manage department equipment and supply orders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with diverse groups, including faculty, staff, administrators, professionals, and clinicians, to provide information, identify problems, and develop solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an academic institution.
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to exercise independent thinking and judgment.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of participant and/or patient records and other sensitive information.
