Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods in accordance with production standards and established recipes.
• Organize your workstation with all necessary ingredients and tools.
• Measure, weigh, mix, and chop ingredients as required.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and mixers safely.
• Utilize various utensils, including knives, with care.
• Store food appropriately by adhering to food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Follow Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Protect company assets by ensuring security protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, standards, and food safety regulations.
• Must obtain necessary food safety certifications.
• Basic math and counting skills are essential.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
