Sales Excellence Coach

Goldstone Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Coach to join our team. As a key member of our sales training team, you will be responsible for scaling our successful sales training programs that integrate influence-based techniques from experts such as Chase Hughes and Chris Voss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales training programs that equip advisors with the skills to build rapport, earn trust, and close deals
- Oversee new advisor onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our sales process and compliance standards
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales team members at all levels
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs, refining training strategies based on performance data and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or education with at least 7 years of financial services or wealth management experience - 5 recent years in a sales training role
- Expertise in influence-based sales techniques developed by behavioral science experts, including Chase Hughes, and experience training and developing sales teams in these methodologies
- Proven success in developing and leading training programs that improve sales performance
- Demonstrated knowledge of retirement planning products, including annuities, equities, and life insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to training and development
