High Speed Connectivity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled High Speed Connectivity Specialist to join our HSIO Connectors Team at Amphenol TCS.
Location: Nashua, NH
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Signal Integrity Engineer to work with our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the development of next-generation high-speed I/O interconnect products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, simulation, characterization, and application of high-speed electrical connectors and cable-based interconnects
- Component development and customer support for new product introductions
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges
- Assistance in providing solutions to customers across various sectors with their high-speed data transmission requirements
- Supporting internal Sales Engineers in developing strategies for product break-in at existing and new accounts based on signal integrity and electrical engineering expertise
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and signal integrity. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
- At least 3 years of industry experience with a solid understanding of electromagnetic principles for digital signal integrity
- Experience in component design and application of high-speed connectors into communications equipment (a plus)
- Familiarity with signal integrity measurements and debugging using TDR, VNA, pattern generators, error detectors, and similar measurement equipment
- Knowledge of signal integrity and simulation/analysis tools such as Ansys HFSS and Designer, CST Microwave, HSPICE, MatLab, and ADS
Amphenol TCS offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
