Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivable.
  • Perform quality assurance and audit of billing activities.
  • Ensure the timely submission of primary and secondary claims.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 codes, required modifiers and encounter data.
  • Perform electronic claims submission.
  • Credentialing; Clinics; Reviews insurance claim forms for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous coding experience.
  • PCP and Hospitalist billing and coding experience.
