Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Health Sales Director to lead our programmatic media sales efforts in the healthcare vertical. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

About the Job

This is a hybrid in-office position, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the programmatic media ecosystem and be able to analyze campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling premium programmatic sales across Dotdash Meredith Digital, including open auction bidding, private marketplace platforms, and programmatic guaranteed platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with major US advertisers and their agencies within the healthcare vertical.
  • Working with marketing to create premium programmatic sales collateral and with internal stakeholders to develop post-campaign reports.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of digital media/cross-platform sales or buying experience, with 1+ year of experience in programmatic ad sales, revenue operations, and/or business development.
  • A strong quantitative aptitude and ability to analyze campaign performance statistics.
  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and both open auction bidding and private marketplace platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
