Job Summary & Purpose

The Senior Neuropsychologist will work closely with the Director of Diagnostic Services to lead a team of neuropsychologists and supervise/training of psychometrists in the region/state. This senior-level position involves completing psychological/neuropsychological reviews, conducting supervision and training, and providing written and oral feedback to clients regarding evaluation results and diagnostic impressions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of clients with referral concerns related to learning, behavioral, emotional, and/or social difficulties
  • Compile written reports detailing evaluation findings, diagnoses, and recommendations for appropriate remediation of concerns
  • Ensure timely completion of written documentation and chart signatures within established KPI expectations
  • Provide direct supervision and training of neuropsychological testing/assessment to diagnostic specialists
Requirements:
  • Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or Developmental Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) with specific training in assessment of pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record (required)
  • Prior training experience with assessment/administration/scoring/interpreting of neuropsychological tests required
