Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing billing statements, managing census changes, and facilitating month-end close for revenue reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Process accurate monthly billing statements for assisted living and memory care residents.
  • Manage census changes, validate payment details with the billing platform, and ensure seamless processing.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and facilitate month-end close for revenue reporting.
  • Analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) aging and work with community teams to coordinate collection of past due accounts in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage Accounts Payable, including entering purchase requisitions, receiving and reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Cross-trained to provide payroll support as needed, including timesheet validation, wage and position change authorization, and new team member validation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in billing, with multiple years of Accounts Receivable exposure.
  • 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including requisition management, invoice processing, and payment.
  • Experience in supporting payroll activities is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be service-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of experience and Associates Degree highly desired.
