In this role, you will be part of our Direct Support team and work closely with Program Managers to provide personalized support and training to individuals in their community. Your passion for teaching, guiding, and empowering others will contribute significantly to our exceptional services and high level of satisfaction among those we support.

About the Role

This position starts at $18.03 per hour, with a $500-$1K sign-on bonus available. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time opportunities, as well as a range of shifts and locations.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting individuals in all aspects of community living, enabling them to be as independent as possible. You will also work under the general supervision of the Program Manager and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
