As a Transfer Pricing Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transfer pricing policies, processes, and strategies that meet the business needs of 3M.



You will work closely with our tax team to evaluate global transfer pricing and ensure cohesive planning and compliance. Your expertise in transfer pricing laws and regulations will be essential in communicating and teaming with stakeholders within the 3M organization.



To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be able to manage transfer pricing projects, including managing relationships with external and internal resources.



As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transfer pricing projects, from developing transfer pricing policies to evaluating tax return positions. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other 3Mers from diverse backgrounds and industries.
