Salary

This part-time position offers a guaranteed base pay of $800/day, with uncapped earning potential. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term disability/long-term disability, basic life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Job Description

As a Part Time Associate Dentist, your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality dental services to patients, participating in morning huddles to plan your day and collaborate with your team, and highlighting great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.

You will be working closely with a supportive team, including hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants, to ensure patient satisfaction and effective care delivery. Our state-of-the-art practice features DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly OSHA and HIPAA training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program, a current valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, and other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.). A strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults, as well as compassion and communication skills, are essential for success in this position.
