Youth Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to support our mission at Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services in Mt. Holly, NJ.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group psycho-educational and life skills activities to empower youth aged 14-17.
- Conduct assessments to tailor services to each youth's individual strengths and needs.
- Provide transportation services and reinforce daily living and socialization skills.
- Act as a mentor and positive role model for the youth, promoting emotional growth and well-being.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology, or Counseling.
- At least one year of experience working in a related behavioral health or institutional setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 6 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Respect for cultural and human diversity.
