Theatre Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Regal Entertainment theatre. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Controlling concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels.
  • Supervising all staff positions as required, including projection and audio-visual equipment maintenance.
  • Controlling costs, including direct operating expenses, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Supervising theatre maintenance, including minor repairs and obtaining qualified personnel for larger concerns.
  • Monitoring risk management, including team member and guest safety, loss prevention, and emergency situations.
  • Responsible for guest relations, marketing, and promotions of feature film engagements.
  • Counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts taken in during a business day.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of all systems within the facility, including Booth and Projection technology.
