Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise-wide IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support IT operations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform IT strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Experience with VMware vCenter, vSphere, and ESX
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS, and DoD/RMF
  • Proficiency in Windows Servers and data storage solutions
  • Experience with scripting languages and IT project lifecycle management
