Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rapid Response ICU team at Ascension St. Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to evidence-based practices and organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring seamless communication among caregivers.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator for patient care, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to enhanced patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Maryland Board of Nursing required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred, with American Heart Association or American Red Cross acceptance.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $34.00 - $46.92 per hour, with hourly differentials applying. Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications, and comparison with associates in similar roles.
