Behavioral Health Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health Unit team at Lowell General Hospital. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients ranging from adolescents to adults with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders.
Job SummaryThe Behavioral Health Unit is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care to patients in crisis. Our team includes nursing staff, Mental Health Techs, Emergency Services Providers, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
Responsibilities- Care for patients ranging from adolescents to adults with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- RN with previous Behavioral Health or Psych experience required
- BSN preferred; BLS required, ACLS preferred
- CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification with proficiency in verbal de-escalation
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
