Estate Planning Specialist

**Job Overview**
Caldwell Law is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to support our estate planning process as an Estate Planning Specialist. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to engage clients with confidence and warmth.
As a key member of our team, you will provide collaborative support in preparing and reviewing client files, drafting and sending Representation Letters, leading introductory client meetings, conducting signing meetings, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of estate planning documents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and review client files before meetings to ensure thorough understanding of client needs and goals.
- Draft, review, and send Representation Letters to facilitate smooth communication between clients and our team.
- Lead introductory client meetings to explain office processes and next steps, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Conduct signing meetings to notarize estate planning documents, providing clear and compassionate communication to clients.
- Review estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, guaranteeing that clients' plans are comprehensive and effective.
- Support the team with ideas for process improvements, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
**Requirements**
- Paralegal experience with a focus on estate planning, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide emotional support during sensitive situations.
- Highly organized, with the ability to track tasks and follow up proactively to ensure timely completion of assignments.
