About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in dialysis or a related field is preferred, but not required.
