The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Event Coordinator to join our team at AEG. This role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of stand workers in the VIP Area. You will oversee and/or participate in stand set-up and closing procedures, ensuring that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Additionally, you will order replacement stock from runners as necessary, efficiently and accurately complete required paperwork, and ensure that all employees are adhering to alcohol policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of stand workers in the VIP Area.
- Oversee and/or participate in stand set-up and closing procedures.
- Maintain clean and well-stocked workstations.
- Order replacement stock from runners as necessary.
- Complete required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure employee adherence to alcohol policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant, or catering location.
- High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to read, write, and maintain information.
- Able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Able to move quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
- Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
