CRNA Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team on a permanent basis at a local metro surgery center in Edina and Burnsville, MN.

The salary for this role is up to $360,000 per year, based on experience. Part-time CRNAs can expect 40 hours of work per bi-weekly pay period, with flexible scheduling options available.

• Collaborate with the Clinic Medical Director and RN Practice Administrator to manage anesthesia-related activities, including patient airway management and pulmonary support.
• Select, prepare, and use equipment, monitors, supplies, or drugs for anesthesia administration.
• Perform pre-anesthetic screenings, document results, and monitor patients' responses to anesthesia.
• Develop anesthesia care plans and obtain informed consent from patients.
• Evaluate patients' post-surgical or post-anesthesia responses and take corrective actions as needed.

• A minimum of 5 years of independent CRNA experience is required.
• Successful completion of a program approved by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist Education programs.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse License and certification through the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a shared accountability model.
• Familiarity with computer systems and electronic medical records.
