We are seeking a proficient Occupational Therapist who excels in conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, providing individualized therapy sessions, offering guidance and training, and contributing to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities in the First 30 Days

  • Complete an orientation program that includes an introduction to organizational culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and our mission.
  • Engage in training sessions focused on skill development and practice with tools, software, and evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in case reviews, including overview discussions, clinical coaching for current clients, and interventions.
  • Integrate into interdisciplinary teams through regular check-ins and team meetings.
  • Shadow and observe client sessions and mentor Occupational Therapists for practical insights.
  • Receive feedback and evaluation from supervisors on integration and performance.
  • Familiarize yourself with company resources, research, and in-house tools.
  • Immerse yourself in our collaborative team culture and mission-driven environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Be a licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association, as well as licensed in the applicable state.

Benefits and Compensation

As an Occupational Therapist at Hopebridge, you can expect:

  1. Total compensation: Ranging from $34.44-$51.66/hour, encompassing both an hourly base (tiered according to experience and competency) and other benefits.
  2. Paid time off: 14.5 days per year (5.5 vacation days, 7 holidays, and 2 professional development days).
