Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for market development, setting up new clientele, teaching new hires how to canvass and schedule appointments, and hosting weekly appointment setter and consultant meetings. They will also ensure that targets, goals, and KPIs are met.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A student mentality, coachability, and a hunger to learn;
  • A committed individual with direct sales experience (5 years or more) and solar experience (5 years or more);
  • The ability to self-generate appointments;
  • Cell phone and laptop/tablet for showing proposals;
  • Comfort with in-home presentations;
