Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Assistant to join our team at SBM Management Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing
  • Ensure waste removal and light maintenance tasks are completed
  • Comply with safety rules and protocols
  • Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining janitorial closets


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write basic English
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
