At WelbeHealth, we provide life-extending healthcare to our most vulnerable seniors. Our PACE model of care is unique in that we are both the health plan and provider of primary care services, allowing our participants to stay in their homes rather than a skilled nursing facility.

Join Our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) Team as an Outside Sales Specialist

You will be the owner and driver accountable for successful enrollment of prospective participants into our PACE program. To achieve this, you will develop and build relationships with community leaders and partners, including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations. You will also identify opportunities to collaborate with these groups to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments.

We are seeking a metrics-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is great at collaborating with our team. As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will promote our values, team culture, and mission while consistently meeting monthly enrollment metric goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in the communities where seniors live.
  • Consistently meet monthly enrollment metric goals.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments.
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community leaders and partners.
  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly enrollment goals with our MOE Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
  • DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting.
  • Technology experience, which can include Salesforce and Athena.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $75,000 and $86,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and equity. At WelbeHealth, we offer a competitive total rewards package that includes 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
