CQV Support Equipment Engineer

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking a talented CQV Support Equipment Engineer to join their expanding team in North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide CQV support for all Process Support and Miscellaneous Equipment Systems, working closely with the CQV PSE Team from initial design to final handover.
  • Liaise with Jacobs to ensure construction readiness and schedule for all Process Support and Miscellaneous Equipment systems.
  • Participate in field walkdowns for all systems and ensure Commissioning readiness of all Process Support and Miscellaneous Equipment Systems to support Equipment Start-up and IOQ Testing.
  • Collaborate with the CQV SWAT Team to close punchlists both pre-M/C and during the CQV execution phase for all Process Support and Miscellaneous Equipment systems.
  • Work with the CQV PM and Lead Scheduler to create and manage schedules for all Process Equipment Support, ensuring correct predecessors and successors are in place.
Requirements:
  • Extensive CQV Equipment experience on Large Scale Projects.
  • Experience with Process Equipment Support Systems.
  • Working knowledge of ASTM E2500 / Leveraging Verification process.
  • Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
