Role Summary

We are seeking an Oncology Care Coordinator - Breast Cancer Navigator to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to patients and their families navigating the complexities of breast cancer treatment.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45.22 - $71.58 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer matching.

Responsibilities
  • Triage patient needs and provide personalized support throughout the cancer care journey
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Assess patient needs and identify opportunities for interventions or referrals
Requirements
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • OCN certification within 18 months of hire
  • 3 years of Oncology experience
