Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative at AT&T, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Salary Range

We offer an attractive salary range of $43,100-$53,865 + commissions yearly, with uncapped commission opportunities that can take your earnings up to $71,029 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential customers daily to discuss their business needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a field-based environment with set targets.
  • A valid driver's license is required as a company car will be provided.
  • Able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.
